Q. Is there any washing machine in your hotel?
A. There is a coin laundry near our hotel. It takes 2 mins on foot.

Q. Are children allowed to stay at your hotel? Is there an age limit? A. There is no age limit, however guests under the age of 18 must have permission from their parents or guardians to stay at our hotel.
​Q. Is there a parking lot?
A. There is no parking lot in our facility. Please use the coin-operated parking areas in the vicinity. Q. Are there toilets and shower rooms? A. Yes, there are private toilets, shower rooms and sinks in each room. ※Please note that there are no bathtubs.
Also you can take a hot bath at a Japanese style public bathhouse named “Arai-yu,” located just 10 minutes away from our facility.
[Arai-yu] Open: 15:00-24:00 (Closed on Wednesday)
Q. Do you have any amenities like towels? A. We provide the below items for our guests for free ・Face towel, bath towel and slippers ・Shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap and hand soap ・Toothbrush, comb, shaving kit, cotton and cotton swabs Q. Can I ship my luggage to your hotel? A. Yes! You can send us your luggage. Please tell us in advance before you ship it. Here is our address.

※However, please understand that we may not be able to do so depending on your status of reservation. Q. Can I get the room cleaned during my stay? A. Unfortunately we don't provide cleaning service during your stay, however if you need extra sheets or amenities, please ask at the front desk. Q. Is there a smoking room inside the facility? A. There is a smoking space outside at the entrence. ※It's forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and on the Skylounge. Thank you for your cooperation.




Reservation and Cancellation


Q. Can I change my date of arrival? A. If you wish to change your reservation details, please do so on your own through the website you used for booking a room. * Cancellation fees may apply, depending on which day you decide to change your reservation details. Please make sure to double check your date of arrival and departure before you book a room. Q. I am currently staying at your hotel and wish to check out earlier than my departure date. Will I be able to get a refund? A. We cannot provide any refunds once you have checked in with us. Moreover, as mentioned above, cancellation fees may apply when changing reservation details, so please make sure to check the cancellation policy for the website you used, and confirm your dates of arrival and departure when making a reservation.




Check-In and Check-Out


Q. Would you tell me about the check-in time?
A. Our check-in time is from 15:00 to 23:00.
Q. What about the check-out time?
A. Our check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Q. Will I be able to check in after 23:00?
A. We ask for your cooperation to check in before 23:00, but in case you cannot make it on time, please inform us in advance.
Q. Can I leave my luggage at the hostel before check-in and after check-out?
A. Yes, you can keep your luggage from 9 AM to 11 PM. Please ask to our staffs. Q. Will I be able to check in before 15:00?
A. Due to cleaning purposes, we do not permit entry into the rooms before 15:00. However, if you arrive early, you will be able to use the common areas, such as our sky lounge, and we will be able to keep your luggage before the check-in time.
