Q. Will there be any laundry machines available?
A. There is a coin-operated laundry area on the first floor.
*Please show consideration for others when using the machines.
Q. Will bathrooms be available?
A. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and shower room.
*Please note that there are no bathtubs inside the rooms.
If you wish to take a hot bath, you can do so at a public bathhouse named “Arai-yu,”
located just 5 minutes away from our facility.
[Arai-yu] Hours: 15:00-24:00 (Closed on Wednesday)
Q. Are children allowed to stay at your hotel? Is there an age limit?
A. There is no age limit. However, guests under the age of 18 must have permission
from their parents or guardians to stay at our hotel.
Q. Is there a parking lot?
A. There is no parking lot in our facility.
Please use the coin-operated parking areas in the vicinity.
Q. What kind of amenities are available?
A. We provide the below items for our guests for free
・Face towel, bath towel and slippers
・Shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap and hand soap
・Toothbrush, comb, shaving kit, cotton and cotton swabs
Q. Can I send some bags or packages to the hotel?
A. We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to accept any packages.
Regarding delivery services, please use the services operated by Yamato Transport,
Sagwa Express, etc. near Asakusa to deliver or receive packages.

Q. Will I be able to choose which room to stay in?
A. If you tell us your preferred room in advance, we will try our best to provide
that room for you. However, please understand that we may not be able to do
so depending on your status of reservation.
Q. Will there be any cleaning services during our stay?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not be offering cleaning services
during your stay. If you run out of any provided equipments, please notify one of
our staff members.
Q. Are there any smoking areas?
A. Our entire building is a non-smoking facility, including the terrace lounge and balcony.

Reservation and Payment
Q. What kind of payment methods are available?
A. All payments must be made in advance upon booking.
Q. Can I pay for my reservation upon arrival at the hotel?
A. We will be requiring you to pay for your reservation in advance, before arrival.
Q. Can I change my date of arrival?
A. If you wish to change your reservation details, please do so on your own
through the website you used for booking a room.
* Cancellation fees may apply, depending on which day you decide to change
your reservation details.
Please make sure to double check your date of arrival and departure
before you book a room.
Q. I am currently staying at your hotel and wish to check out earlier than my departure date.
Will I be able to get a refund?
A. We cannot provide any refunds once you have checked in with us.
Moreover, as mentioned above, cancellation fees may apply when changing reservation
details, so please make sure to check the cancellation policy for the website you used,
and confirm your dates of arrival and departure when making a reservation.
Check-In and Check-Out
Q. Would you tell me about the check-in time?
A. Our check-in time is from 15:00 to 24:00.
Q. What about the check-out time?
A. Our check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
Q. Would you tell me about the check-in procedure?
A. (1) you will receive a new email containing the passcode for the entrance door, along with your check-in code 3days before check in.
(2) Once you have arrived at our hotel, enter the passcode for the entrance code to go inside, and enter your check-in code on the check-in machine that is provided.
(3) You will be connected to an operator who will give access to your room,
so please proceed to enter your reserved room.
(Your room number will be displayed on the screen.)
Q. Will I be able to check in after 24:00?
A. We ask for your cooperation to check in before 24:00,
but in case you cannot make it on time, please inform us in advance.
Q. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out?
A. Yes, please use the luggage space that is provided on the 1st floor.
Q. Will I be able to check in before 15:00?
A. Due to cleaning purposes, we do not permit entry into the rooms before 15:00.
However, if you arrive early, you will be able to use the common areas, such as our lounge
and terrace lounge, and we will be able to keep your luggage before the check-in time.
Q. Will there be any staff members at the facility?
A. There will be certain times when staff members will not be available.
In case you need help when there are no staff members present,
please take one of the following actions to call for support:
(1) Ring the intercom placed on the outside of the entrance floor.
